Ctrl+Play is an illustration about the paradox that defines music in the age of AI: composing has never been more accessible – and it has never been harder to say whether something is truly a work of art.

Anyone can type a prompt and hear a finished piece. The barrier is gone. But so is something else – that particular silence before the first note, the kind that used to cost years of practice and failed attempts. Music has become democratic. And that might be exactly why it no longer feels rare.
