Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, for example, non-standard products (such as products delivered as part of special orders or personalized products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not have been used, and must be in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been accepted or rejected. If your return is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
