Dimensions

The Bauhaus poster was created in 2019 on behalf of Label magazine to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus.
Bauhaus is an art school and movement in architecture and design that originated in Germany in the early 20th century. Founded in 1919 by Walter Gropius in Weimar, Bauhaus aimed to combine art, crafts, and technology to create functional and aesthetically pleasing objects.

Excellent print quality

The posters are printed in a studio in Warsaw. Each copy is signed by hand.

Pigment printing is performed on Imprime Premium LAM230 Warm White Matt paper with a weight of 230 g/m². This paper has a subtle cream tint, making it ideal for display in a home gallery.

About the artist

Paweł Jońca is one of Poland’s leading illustrators and poster artists, with nearly 30 years of experience working for publishers, brands, and media outlets around the world, from „Przekrój” and „Wysokie Obcasy Extra” to Apple, Forbes, and the „Harvard Business Review”. His work is distinguished by a confident, almost comic-book-like line, a vibrant color palette, and an unerring sense of punchline: each illustration is a visual puzzle that draws the viewer into a story about everyday life, dreams, relationships, work, and what we hide from the world. A multiple award winner (including Craft of the Year KTR 2022), his work is featured in the permanent collections of poster museums in Warsaw, Kraków, and Hamburg
